Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
